Conference Program

The 2016 Child Welfare Conference is a continuing judicial education program funded by a grant from the Supreme Court of Texas Permanent Judicial Commission for Children, Youth and Families and is dedicated to providing specialized training to Texas judges who hear child protection cases. This conference will present up-to-date research and information on current issues in child welfare, provide tools and resources to be used in the courtroom, and improve outcomes for children, youth, and families.

For their attendance, participants will earn 12 hours of continuing judicial education credits, including 7 hours of Family Violence
