New Statutes:

The Legislative Reference Library of Texas’s ‘Index to Sections Affected’ web page at http://www.lrl.state.tx.us/isaf/lrlhome.cfm allows you to enter a Texas statute citation and determine whether the statute has been repealed, amended, or otherwise affected by recent legislative action.  This service is particularly useful while the legislature is in session and in the months following a legislative session, when Vernon’s Texas Statutes,
treatises, and even Lexis and Westlaw may not reflect recent statutory changes.
