How do I check my transcript and update my profile?


Click the Sign In button on the top right corner. Type your user name and password and click Sign In. (If you forgot your password or username click those buttons to start the logon recovery process). If logged in correctly you will see Hi, firstname at the top of the page. Click this link to open your TCJ profile. On your profile you can update any items that have a pencil icon. Click the icon and add information then click the Save button to update.

Your profile has tabs that you can use to navigate including a Transcripts tab. Click Transcripts button to open. This tab will show you a summary of your current Hours and FV Hours. It will tell you your compliance status. To see a current detailed report of your hours, click the CJE Transcript or the FV Transcript buttons. Both will open a transcript showing your reporting term and your total credit hours.

Click your profile name to return to the main menu.

Other tabs allow you to see contributions, reimbursements and open invoices. 


How do I register for a conference?


In order to register for conferences, you must sign in to your TCJ profile. Click the Sign In button on the top right corner. Type your user name and password and click Sign In. (If you forgot your password or username click those buttons to start the logon recovery process). If logged in correctly you will see Hi, firstname at the top of the page. Click this link to open your TCJ profile.

Choose the conference you want to attend from the main page or from the Education tab. After choosing the training click the Register now button to sign up.

To register click the Register Myself button. This will automatically add the Main Registration Program Item to your cart. Provide answers to Questions including emergency contact and special needs, and save answers by clicking Save Responses. Any Questions with a red asterisk are required to proceed with registration process. 

You will then need to manually add other Program Items by scrolling down and clicking the Add button. This includes hotel reservations. If you need a hotel reservation, you must add it to the cart. You must also select sessions that have multiple time options.

Once you have added your items click Proceed to Checkout. The Hotel Reservation page will open. Select Room Type from the drop-down option. Click on Check In and Out, the default dates will automatically populate and are highlighted with a blue box.  

After you have chosen your dates and room preferences click Proceed to Checkout.

You have the option to Pay Now with a credit card or Pay Later

Click Submit Order on bottom right to complete your registration. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you. Within 24 hours, you will receive a more detailed confirmation email.
