***Webinar Video is Available for Viewing***Hear the latest developments and precedents set by Texas appellate courts in the labyrinth of family law over the last year. Topics will include SAPCRs and division of property in divorce.  Additionally, the 87th legislative session contained a variety of bills relating to domestic violence. Find out which bills were enacted and what effect they could have on your court, as well as which bills didn’t pass but are likely to be filed again in the next session. Registration will be for the whole session, but judges can attend either or both of the presentations and claim their hours accordingly.  The DV legislative update portion (1:15-2:15) is worth 1 hour of family violence. The registration fee, though voluntary, pays for expenses not legislatively covered by the allotment to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals grant. The voluntary registration fee for this conference is $35.
