How do I get Conference Materials?
Session materials, including papers and PowerPoints, are available on the web at https://tcj.web.mosaic-apps.com/signin and on the conference app. Materials will be made available in the app as TCJ receives them, usually one to two weeks prior to the conference.
TCJ will not have paper copies available at the conference.
Click the Sign In button on the top right corner. Type your user name and password and click Sign In. (If you forgot your password or username click those buttons to start the logon recovery process). If logged in correctly you will see Hi, firstname at the top of the page. Click this link to open your TCJ profile. On your profile you can update any items that have a pencil icon. Click the icon and add information then click the Save button to update.
How do I check my transcript and update my profile?
Your profile has tabs that you can use to navigate including a Transcripts tab. Click Transcripts button to open. This tab will show you a summary of your current Hours and FV Hours. It will tell you your compliance status. To see a current detailed report of your hours, click the CJE Transcript or the FV Transcript buttons. Both will open a transcript showing your reporting term and your total credit hours.
Click your profile name to return to the main menu.
Other tabs allow you to see contributions, reimbursements and open invoices.
What if I don't have a profile, or don't remember how to login?
If you're new to the bench or to your court and don't yet have a profile, please contact our Registrar at email@example.com. If you forgot your login information, or locked yourself out, please contact anyone at the Texas Center office to assist or email the Website Contact at the bottom of the page.
How do I register for a conference?
In order to register for conferences, you must sign in to your TCJ profile. Click the Sign In button on the top right corner. Type your user name and password and click Sign In. Click this link to open your TCJ profile.
Choose the conference you want to attend from the main page or from the Education tab. After choosing the training click the Register now button to sign up.
To register click the Register Myself button. This will automatically add the Main Registration Program Item to your cart. Provide answers to Questions including emergency contact and special needs, and save answers by clicking Save Responses. Any Questions with a red asterisk are required to proceed with registration process.
You will then need to manually add other Program Items by scrolling down and clicking the Add button.
Once you have added your items click Proceed to Checkout.
You have the option to Pay Now with a credit card or Pay Later.
Click Submit Order on bottom right to complete your registration.
A confirmation email will be sent to you. Within 24 hours, you will receive a more detailed confirmation email.
How do I cancel a conference?
All conference cancellations must be submitted in writing via mail, email or fax (512-469-7664). Cancellations received seven days (7) prior to the conference are eligible for a refund or you can choose to donate your registration fee.
How do I make a payment for a conference?
