Eligibility

TCJ provides accounts for the following groups:

Judges and Associate Judges

  • Appellate courts
  • District courts
  • County courts at law
  • Child Protection courts
  • IV-D courts

Court Professionals

  • Court coordinators
  • Court administrators
  • Other staff working directly for the judges listed above

Non-Members with Limited Access

  • Magistrate Judges: Access to the webinar library and magistration training
  • DWI Treatment Court Staff: Access to DWI Court Team Training, treatment court webinars, and other DWI-related resources

Not Eligible for Accounts

While we value the important roles many play in the courthouse, TCJ does not create accounts for:

  • Employees of the county or district clerk’s office
  • Employees of the county sheriff’s department
  • Employees of the Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD)
  • Staff attorneys
  • Prosecutors
  • Private attorneys
  • The general public

Email Preferences

Log in to your TCJ account, go to My Account , and select My Preferences. You may choose from the following options:

  • DWI Newsletter
  • Events for Court Professionals
  • Events for Judges
  • Monthly Newsletter
  • Monthly Education Transcripts

You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

Password & Login Help

On the login screen, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions. A reset link will be emailed to you.

Password Requirements

  • Must be at least 12 characters long
  • Must contain both letters and numbers
  • Must include at least 1 uppercase letter
  • Must include at least 1 special character (e.g., ! @ # $ % ^ & *)

After logging in, go to My Account → Preferences tab (scroll to the bottom) → Change Password.

If too many unsuccessful login attempts occur, your account will be temporarily locked. It will automatically unlock after a short period of time.

If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password to reset it before attempting to log in again.

Profile Updates

You can update your username by changing your email address in My Account . On the About Me tab, under Contact Information, change your email address. This will prompt you to update your username.

After logging in, go to My Account and select Edit Contact Information or Edit Address.

Be sure to keep your email, phone, and mailing address up to date so you don’t miss important conference details.
