This Privacy Policy describes how the Texas Center for the Judiciary (“TCJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses,
and protects information through the Texas Center for the Judiciary’s App (“App”). This App is intended solely for
current and retired judges in the State of Texas who participate in TCJ-sponsored judicial education programs.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide secure access and functionality:
- Personal Identification Information: Name, judicial title, court affiliation, and email address.
- Login Credentials: Secure authentication data to verify eligibility.
- Usage Data: Session activity, device type, and access logs for security and performance monitoring.
- Optional Profile Data: If enabled, judges may upload a photo or brief bio for networking purposes.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, location tracking, or case-related content.

over Clower’s policies, actions, or security. The Texas Center for the Judiciary specifically disclaims any
liability for acts and/or omissions of Clower, and by downloading this App you manifest your acceptance and
agreement with this disclaimer.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Authenticate and authorize access to the App.
- Provide conference schedules, materials, and messaging features.
- Facilitate secure communication among eligible judges.
- Improve App performance and user experience.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or commercial purposes.

Despite these safeguards, no system is completely immune to risk. We encourage users to maintain strong passwords
